He never landed on me again after the initial sucker punch. I actually had him in a bit of a collar tie position and that’s when I saw him start to reach for the waistband. Looking back on it, idk if it was right to disengage or to get even more aggressive when I saw that reaching motion. It’s hard to say how you’ll react in that situation but I guess I lived so that makes whatever I did the right move.

I’ll actually have to call them and see why my assault charge isn’t on there.
The infirm charge was from when he beat up the woman. Apparently she is 65 and dying of cancer, colostomy bag and all and he tuned her up really badly.
