Apparently it will supersede all local government restrictions.

Main points of plan.
- restaurants and movie theaters can open at 25% capacity
- if after 2 weeks there is sufficient data proving there hasn't been a spike in cases, they'll move on to phase 2

They should re release older movies. Probably better than the shite that comes out now.

The 25% think is going to be interesting. Going to be a fricking 3 hour wait for some Mexican joints. I know the grill I go to in Kingwood is going to be crazy.

He also made it abundantly clear that Dora the Explorer's mask mandate & $1,000 fine in Harris County is meaningless & unenforceable.

Let's get back to work!

Surely restaurants are going to have to go to reservations only.

There will be wait times but they will be shorter than you’d think due to so many housewives determined to self-quarantine until they die.

Maybe they can add an exemption for open containers in parking lots.

at the expense of being called a liberal cuck or something, it is still probably about 2 weeks too soon to fully open. texas has yet to see a real decline in new cases. they are still well in the meat of the curve:

We are able to do curbside pickup for alcohol... that would be a good expansion. I’d sit in the parking lot and drink margaritas
