Several yrs ago a friend was a guard at the Terrebonne Parish Jail. He still tells the story of a 20 something punk getting arrested for raping & beating up a 15 yr old school girl. He was placed in the general population of the main jail. Where the brother of the young girl, charged with multiple counts of assault & battery, was waiting for his trial. He was found dead the next morning with his cock stuffed in his mouth, his face beat to a bloody pulp to the extent he was not recognizable. No one would talk, no evidence, no charges ever filed.
