ERIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - A Houston County 4-year-old was left with 30 stitches and a dislocated shoulder after a dog attack in late August, according to the boy’s mother.

Cerra Barnes told WSMV4 that her son was attacked by a neighbor’s pit bull on Aug. 28.

The 4-year-old had his shoulder dislocated and dog bites, which required 30 stitches following the attack. Erin Police Department, according to Barnes, said all she would be able to do was take the family to court and force them to register the dog as aggressive or build a fence and post warning signs.

All of her options would have to be paid for out of her pocket, she told WSMV4.

Houston County does not have animal control, so, they rely on police to handle these types of situations.

Everyone here is remarkably quick to assume that an Afghan man wouldn't take advantage of a drunk white girl.
Pay isn't great typically but being a park ranger or similar is great for dudes with "ADHD".
The stress free part is a problem obviously, but honestly wanting a non-monotonous job is totally fair. Modern office jobs are very unnatural.
Name for me a single Republican politician this election cycle who has promised to do something about non-white crime. We need a legitimate third party in this country. Republican politicians are bought off controlled opposition.

frick you. You can't yell fire in a crowded theater. It will get your arse thrown in jail. Use your head and think about it.

A supreme court justice constructed this hypothetical anology to support throwing WW1 protesters in prison for sedition. Not really what you want to go with.
Not even average. Burrow, Allen, Herbert, none can grow a beard. Probably more I'm not thinking of. Don't know exactly what's causing it, but it's weird.
The only way to stop this is to suspend the civil rights act

We're still killing people in Iraq apparently.
And most of them were sentence in the 90s and 2000s. Check your local news once a day where you live. You'll see non-whites routinely get away with murder, literally.
Anarcho-tyranny. The system doesn't punish non-whites for violent crimes, and gives white people long sentences for petty crimes.

A Texas Christian University student was shot and killed outside a bar in Fort Worth by a man who admitted to the act, but couldn’t provide a clear reason why, according to a police affidavit.

Wes Smith was standing on a sidewalk near an area bar on Friday around 1 a.m., when the suspect, Matthew Purdy Jr., 21, who was wearing a white T-shirt, dark pants, red ball cap and carrying a backpack, approached him and appeared to speak to Smith, surveillance video reviewed by police showed. After a brief moment, Smith fell to the ground and Purdy stood over him before running off, the affidavit said.

A witness described seeing the incident unfold, police said, and as witnesses ran, Purdy hit one person in the back of the head with the gun, according to arrest documents.

Police were able to stop and detain Purdy who appeared to have “fresh blood” on his backpack, the affidavit states. While he was being detained in the back of a patrol car, Purdy dismantled a 9 mm handgun and threw pieces of it outside the car, according to the affidavit – officers believed he had the firearm hidden.

Purdy told police he didn’t know Smith and couldn’t provide a motive for shooting him but did ask if he knew his father, who was assaulted in the area in the past, arrest documents stated.

Smith was shot three times: in the stomach, the shoulder, and the head, according to the affidavit. Purdy told police he shot Smith in the head “because he wanted to make sure he was dead,” the affidavit said, and would have fired more shots “if he hadn’t run out of ammunition.”

Purdy was on probation for aggravated robbery and has since been charged with murder and his bond has been set at $500,000, police and Tarrant County Jail records show. He was booked into the Tarrant County Jail on Friday afternoon. It’s unclear whether he has an attorney.

Canada, which has a population roughly 10 times smaller than the US, has been taking in 500,000 migrants every year. That's why they have wait times, not because evil socialism.
The UK has artificially increased its population with millions of 3rd world migrants. That will destroy any healthcare system.
That was around a year before. A SEAL and some Marines killed a Green Beret in Africa they had beef with and eventually went to prison for it.

Lavigne killed a Green Beret for still unknown reasons and got off scot free.

BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — The alleged gunman who fired into a crowd killing two people at a Washington state music festival Saturday was stationed at a U.S. Army base in Western Washington, law enforcement officials said Tuesday.

James M. Kelly, 26, of Joint Base Lewis-McChord was booked into the Grant County Jail Tuesday on investigation of two counts of murder, two counts of assault and one count of domestic violence assault, Grant County Sheriff Joe Kriete said in a Facebook post. Law enforcement officers shot him Saturday and he was being treated at a hospital until Tuesday, the sheriff said.

The shooting killed two people and wounded two others in an area where people were camping for the Beyond Wonderland electronic dance music festival at the Gorge Amphitheatre.

The two people killed were Seattle residents Brandy Escamilla, 29, and Josilyn Ruiz, 26, Grant County Coroner Craig Morrison said Tuesday. Escamilla died of a gunshot wound to the head, and Ruiz died from a gunshot wound to her torso, Morrison said. The two were engaged to be married, according to a fundraising campaign by family members.

Lily Luksich, 20, of Mill Creek, Washington, and 31-year-old Andrew Cuadra of Eugene, Oregon, were shot and wounded, according to the sheriff.

A private security officer responding to the report of shots fired was struck by a bullet that deflected off her eyeglasses, causing bruising and lacerations, the sheriff said.

The sheriff’s office said it received a report of a shooting around 8:20 p.m. Saturday at the camping area at the amphitheater near the small city of George, 149 miles (240 kilometers) east of Seattle. The shooting happened several hundred yards from the music festival.

Joint Base Lewis-McChord Lt. Col. Mike Burns told KXLY-TV in a statement Tuesday that the command is aware of the allegations against Kelly.

“We take all allegations seriously and are fully cooperating with the appropriate authorities,” his statement said.

Burns said Kelly is a joint fire support specialist assigned to the 75th Ranger Regiment at the military base. It wasn’t immediately known if Kelly has a lawyer to comment on his behalf.

The North Central Washington Special Investigation Unit is investigating the shooting of Kelly by law enforcement officers. The names of the officer or officers who fired at Kelly haven’t been released.

A Fort Liberty soldier was arrested on a murder charge Monday in a fatal shootout at a Fayetteville hookah lounge in April, police said Tuesday.

Sgt. Rolondo Martice Boone, 28, was arrested at his home in Hope Mills at 7:42 a.m. on a charge of first-degree murder in the April 2 killing of Anthony Bradshaw, 30. Bradshaw was among several people shot, including Boone, at the EV Lounge, 5044 Yadkin Road, a news release from the Fayetteville Police Department said.

According to a probable cause affidavit supporting Boone's arrest, on the night of the killing, Boone and Bradshaw were members of opposing groups that got into a dispute inside the club about 11 p.m. The record states that Boone's friend was thrown out of the lounge by security, then ran back inside with a gun and pointed it at Bradshaw.

A scuffle erupted and during the fight, Boone's friend shot a member of the lounge staff, before he was jumped by several men, the report said. The affidavit states that Boone then walked to his vehicle, and as the fighting groups were exiting, Boone allegedly returned to the doorway and shot Bradshaw. Surveillance cameras reportedly captured Boone firing the weapon and then running away to his vehicle in the parking lot. It was during that time, that Boone was shot by someone else, the record states. A portion of the aftermath of the shooting inside the lounge was captured on cellphone video and shared on social media.

In all, five people were shot, police said. Bradshaw was pronounced dead at the scene, the affidavit said.

According to the affidavit, shell casings found in the parking lot were linked to a firearm bought in Virginia by a person close to Boone.

According to Maj. Russell M. Gordon, spokesman for the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne), Boone is a unit supply specialist assigned to the 3rd Group, First Special Forces Command. He is originally from Harlem Heights in Houston, Texas and joined the Army in September 2019, arriving at then-Fort Bragg in March 2019, Gordon said.

Boone is being held at the Cumberland County jail without bail, according to the jail record.

It was legit. Harp has been in contact with Lavigne's family and friends and most likely got his records from his widow. Former CAG operators have stated in interviews that their service records aren't classified once they retire. Operational tempo really slowed down for everyone post-2010, which was when Lavigne joined CAG. As an example, Jonathan Dunbar joined CAG in 2013 and deployed 3 times from 2013-2018. A far cry from the guys talking about deploying multiple times per year in the 2000s.
