Some fricking idiot on instagram was saying the guy was going to jail because he didn’t wait for them to get in and there was no immediate danger because the door held.

I don’t give two fricks what the law says I’m shooting through the door and not waiting to see if they get in.

Then there's this. By all means defend yourself, but know who you're shooting at.

A 20-year-old University of South Carolina student was shot and killed when he accidentally tried to enter the wrong home, police say.

Nicholas Anthony Donofrio was shot at about 2 a.m. Saturday, according to a statement from the Columbia Police Department. Police say Donofrio lived in a home on the same street where the shooting occurred. The Daily Mail reports Donofrio lived in a fraternity on the street.

Donofrio, who was from Madison, Connecticut, was dead at the scene when officers arrived, police say. School officials tell ABC 11 that Donofrio had just started his second year at the university.

The home where the shooting occurred is located several blocks from the university, reports say.

Police did not report any arrests and said they will consult with prosecutors on the case.

He was only doing what the President of the United States told him to do.

I think, in Texas, you can shoot them even if they’re running away.

Was he trying to kick in their door while carrying a pistol?

The tenant really played it smart by answering the Ring doorbell and telling him he wasn’t home. If he would have opened the door, he was definitely getting robbed at gun point by that POS.

It is real easy to Monday Morning Quarterback an incident like this. It isn't always easy to know what is happening and it isn't like you have all the time in the world to make a decision. Hell, it could have happened in less time than it took for me type this out.

Watch the video of the gunshots again.

That POS robber was so lucky he didn’t get clipped. The only thing that saved him was ducking immediately as several rounds go right over his back into the wall.

I wonder if the tenant shooting had his phone in his hand watching the video as he was about to open fire.

Defense lawyers really are piece of shite scum of the world. How the F** can anyone defend these pieces of shite is beyond me. I'm sure they'll try and say that home owner should've warned that he was inside and had a gun.

Did anyone happen to notice there was a crib right in the living room?

Yeah if he had waited a split second to shoot he would have nailed him. The dude almost backed right into the bullets.

All citizens deserve a defense, no matter how heinous the crime. It's literally in the 5th Amendment.
