I like how Gretna says 'police' and Jefferson is 'like chalmette but cleaner'

Well to be fair I lived in Gretna for 18 years and the fricking PD was a pain in the dick for all colors of people lol.
Apparently, last time I flew home they now have those stupid Ticket Vans all along the Westbank Expressway.

You map needs an update, had a house on Metairie road between 611-9 and 61. That area is going to shite.
The second the average house price crested 450k that area exploded with trash.

That face isn't cajun French.
He may be Irish channel.
He likely was born in Ohio, went to school in New York, then came down to Nola bc he loves the culture and wants to save the oppressed black residents from the nefarious white supremecists who still run the city. He's been in Nola for three years now and considers himself an utmost local. He lives uptown, "makes groceries", and never misses French Quarter Fest or an opportunity to tell you how unique the city is.

He actually looks like a guy I know from jersey that moved down here for Loyola and now can't find a job and still waits tables

That was my other theory on him. It was one or the other.

These things circulated around for most metro areas about 4-5 years ago.

You know most of those people weren't from here?
Look at the profiles on facebook of people supporting monument removal. There from Indiana, California, New York.. and the people "from New Orleans" have lived in New Orleans in the last decade or so..
IMHO, if you're parents and/or grandparents didn't take you to Mardi Gras when you were a kid, you're not FROM New Orleans.

Someone who works on airline 70 miles farther north and didn't want to narrow the location of the home down too much

That map actually goes further north. Apparently I live in North Douche near Rick Perry's Home for the Delusional
