Just busting your balls this AM

And there is more intelligence on thr OT than some would imagine it's just many don't come here to utilize it. It's also refreshing to see some actually caring about this situation but also disheartening seeing people believe in the simple solutions they conjure up for complex problems.

I fail to see how a Syrian passport is going to stem the tide of refugees coming over to Western cities. Is a terrorist from Syria some kind of game changer? We've known what kind of people are cultivated there before yesterday and we're taking them in regardless.

There was also an Egyptian passport and a Parisian passport. Does this change your view on those countries?

It is irrational to attach a nationalistic view to terrorism IMO. The country of origin is mostly irrelevant, the issue is Islamic extremists regardless of their nationality.

I think we've all become very jaded. I knew when I posted the think tank comment I'd catch flack. Sucks to see so much pointless discussion by what appear to me to be intelligent people.

[quote]Police are reportedly chasing a car containing four 'heavily armed men' who stormed through a motorway toll road as they headed towards Paris.

French police are said to be in pursuit of a Citroën Berlingo after it forced its way through a toll on the A10 in the Ablis area of Yvelines in north-west France at lunchtime today.

The town is approximately 40 miles from the centre of Paris and the incident comes as police remain on high alert following a string of deadly terror attacks across the French capital last night.

Police have also confirmed they are currently hunting a black Seat vehicle, registered abroad, which is 'wanted in connection with the attacks'.

The vehicle is described by French police has having a number plate of GUT 18053 and five-spoke alloy wheels.

Earlier today it was reported that armed officers and a police helicopter were scrambled to the Bagnolet area of Paris following reports of gunfire and explosions.

Residents were reportedly told to stay indoors but local authorities later confirmed the 'explosions' were the result of fireworks being let off at a wedding celebration.

'm sure that the Rand Corporation regularly consults the OT for policy development.
Only after they realized the PoliBoard was too liberal to be taken seriously.

intelligent people.

Intelligence does not necessarily translate to informed. I have detected a lot of extremely ignorant entries in only the last 2 pages.

I would love to help out but I was only recently introduced to a short description of the intricacies of the various Muslim sects. The history of this religion is only the beginning for those of you that think you have the simple answer. I would say the next step is to learn about the number of sects, sub-sects, branches, AND the percent of each. Perhaps next is why there are differences and how deep the rift is.

Those of you that want to throw the Jews into this before understanding the afore mentioned situation are waaay in over your head. All is interwoven and complex.

The short version is I have learned enough to realize just how ignorant I am as to what is going on over there. Most of you need to study hard to catch up to where I am in my understanding of this.

There are no easy answers at this point.

Either this purpgold is trolling you, stupid, or ignorant beyond help.

I did detect some serious rambling in his/her entry.

Did they figure out who was behind this attack yet? Was it the Mormons?

Arrest in Germany

Organized attack. Curious about who's planning/funding this. Especially the 'funding' part.

I'm a conservative, but I had to switch over to CNN this morning in an attempt to get more coverage and less agenda. Granted, there isn't a ton of breaking news this morning, but I don't want to hear Ted Cruz talk about what he would do if he was president or any of the other shitty guest they've had this morning.

Fox News covers terrorism stories with about the same integrity that MSNBC covers mass shootings. One can't wait to ridicule Obama and the other can't wait to take your guns.

I 100% agree with that. Same thing during the Ferguson riots.

Once you learn enough, you'll realize how complicated of a situation it is. That's why a lot of people are not doing anything serious presently

If you want to shut it down, you're gonna have to kill a lot of innocent people in the process. That'll add to their numbers, and you're just gonna have to kill more. Then, 10-15 years from now when these young kids grow up without fathers and uncles, they're gonna do it all over again

Ill say a couple of things and then I'll bug out because I have a hole to the south pole to go dig...

1.) The BLM movement and Mizzou students are outraged that the news networks are showing footage of an incident where 128 people have died rather than show footage of them grasping at straws to re invigorate racism here in America. It is dead and has been dead for a while now. People need to quit being offended by everything and realize that their fat, lazy, entitled, bitch asses are the reasons that they don't enjoy the luxuries of life.

2.) This country has allowed millions of immigrants across the border since, oh, idk, Obama was elected. You think this won't happen here, you are as blind as anyone who thinks Mizzou has something to be upset about. Also, we supplied "Mexican cartels" with military grade weaponry... ALSO, those same cartels specialize in human smuggling.

3.) Paris is a gun free zone... so yeah, theres that.

4.) Liberals in this country want to take away legally owned firearms in this country and apparently we keep electing them so I guess a majority of you guys are down with that.

How many of the terrorists that have done something have been illegals? There's a lot to be said for stability in Mexico. They don't just give them stuff with zero stipulations
