Zero shame in my game. And zero fricks to give. And I’ll be watching Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Little Drummer Boy, Frosty the Snowman (which I only consider “Christmas adjacent”), and The Year Without Santa.
And that’s not to mention Elf, It’s a Wonderful Life, Christmas Story, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, A Christmas Carol (my personal favorite), Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas, Mickey’s Twice Upon a Chritmas, and as the traditional grand finale on Christmas Eve night, Christmas Vacation.

Yep. Never gets old. As long as I can remember, the watching of Christmas Vacation has been our grand finale on Christmas Eve. When the kids were little, when it went off that meant it was time to put out the milk & cookies for Santa and little ones to get in bed. We’d wait about an hour then it was time to get to work.
Now our son is grown and moved away, he’s in the Army and is getting married this April. And our daughter is a senior in HS. I miss the magical days of Santa. I think it’s one of the reasons I’m getting the itch for grandkids.

My dad and I used to watch it every year. We have missed a few over the last 10 just because we forget or didn't know it was coming on.

Let's not forget the island of misfit toys. I always felt sorry for them and tear up a little when Santa comes to get them.

The 1984 George C. Scott version is the best ever.

All except that Charlie in a Box dude. He always seemed a little light in the loafers to me.
