I’m pretty sure we have a poster or posters here that swear by the benefits of shrooms. I don’t even know where to begin with them.

Good for cognitivity, joint pains/inflamation, energy.
No negatives.
Give my elderly parents a bottle every month for them extracted by a buddy of mine.

Probably just another in a long list of snake oil.

Mushrooms are some of the best antioxidants you can find anywhere, putting blueberries and the rest to shame.
Especially Chaga. But Lions Mane and Reishi are very good for you as well.

At they similar to the Gucci Mane variety?

Last time I drank some antigen tea, I had the bubble guts for 2 days.

I take one every morning, I don't notice much of a difference, but feel better about myself when I take it, so there's that.

If you try it, be ready for some vivid, realistic dreams with great recall. I'm talking about waking up with a "What the hell was even that" dreams. I tried some recently. Did not know about the dream effect until researching it further. Its a thing.

Being that I forage and follow mushroom page on liberal Reddit, I have been looking for LM. I stopped dreaming in my early twenties and I would love to be able to.

I like mushrooms on my pizza and in my spaghetti. Also, if we’re at a burger joint and they have a mushroom Swiss burger on the menu, thats what I’m getting.
Hope this helps.

What do you take?

My father gives it to my grandmother every morning to help with her dementia. It’s been about a month and nothing noticeable but she’s pretty far gone at this point.

Oh boy...
I already have some pretty wild lucid dreams from time to time.

From what I've gathered brand and source is important.
I have ADHD, haven't taken meds since I was kid because they all made me feel weird.
A few months ago started lions mane.
I tried two weeks on, two weeks off, as a control experiment.
I absolutely love it. Expected it to not work honestly. What I notice- I'm calmer, and have just clean consistent energy throughout the day, besides pre-workout at 5am I am not consuming or needing any caffeine at all during the day anymore. I sleep great. And I'm able to focus a lot better. I'm sold on it.
Also- I have a degree, am a health and fitness nerd, coach, and monitor every single thing I put into my body. Most supplements are junk or placebo. As of now I'm sold on lions mane and will continue.

My mother in law swears by Mud WTR, which has Lion’s Mane in it. Has said it’s helps replace the jitters she gets from coffee while still giving her energy and clarity.
