Ours did that and it does suck but our company does bulk pickup every other week, you just have to plan it so it’s not sitting out too long killing the grass.

Cops that write parking tickets, going through a yellow light that just turns red as you're passing under and getting written for a running a red light, cops that write tickets for going 4 or 5 mph over speed limit.
These aren't humans. They are scum bag low lifes and are by far the largest majority of what the population gets in trouble for. Screw them. I use very harsh judgement on whether I will pay it or not. Sometimes not doing it if I read on Reddit there is no actual thing that comes from not doing it.
Just yesterday I got a $255 ticket for parking my car when there were 0 spots whatsoever downtown and I had to because no other option existed where I parked in a "commercial vehicle zone" so like Jason's Deli cater vans, AT&T vans, that type of stuff. There is no way in hell I am paying $255 for this when there were 0 other spots to park. Sheer robbery.
A $255 parking ticket (that is not handicapped parking related) is asinine, insane. City cares more about Jason's Deli cars than their actual citizens? Just make every spot general parking with a meter and don't cut off to where no one will be able to find a spot.

I wish Waste Management would do that here.
I'd imagine it was aimed at trashy people who don't bag up their trash and then come over the top and overstuff trash cans with unbagged trash to the point that it doesn't close.
This might be the single greatest contributor to roadside litter.
