Looks like I may have no choice but to go tonight.
What should I expect?
What should I expect?

I have a 9 YO little girl that has been begging to go... So i picked up the discount VIP tickets at Costco.
Will she sleep for the next few years?
Too scary?
I told her she could go if she brings a friend so they could be scared together. I am bringing them.
I am really conflicted about bringing her. She is typically a scaredy cat... but loves to be scared...IDK

They need to shut that thing down on gamedays. It makes the traffic even worse.

It’s a good training exercise for my bodyguards when things slow down.

My gripe is that they just let people walk in and it gets clogged up with people. 90% of the scares are people jumping out at you.
So when the line gets backed up, you see everything in front of you. At that point, you're just walking through to see the decorations and costumes.
I would stop at corners and let the people in front go for a little while.
They need 'scenes' in the place. Just a constant walk through is lame

I am more worried about this back up and my girls getting pushed around.
I think that would scare them the most. Frantic people

I went for the first time last week. We did see a 15 yr old boy come out of the side exit with tears in his eyes. He was accompanied by some staff workers. My two 12 yrs had fun.
I agree with Jones that its best if you have some gaps between groups of people.
I was very surprised with how much work the put into the place. It's very impressive. The dead body smell, which is near the beginning, is probably the worst part of the whole thing.

It's easy to manipulate the pace in there. At corners, I just sat there for a minute. No one behind us knew anything. It's loud and dark so they thought it was just a hold up
