It's called "Minnesota Nice"...where a native Minnesotan will tell you the nicest things and not mean any of it. They are infamous for it throughout the Midwest.

Back in 2002(?) when the Saints got raped by Culpepper and Moss, I went to the Metrodome and there was an extremely surprising amount of tail everywhere. High quality tail. I was astonished.
