My teeth can’t handle whitening stuff. It all makes it feel like lightning is striking my roots. I have incredibly sensitive snowflake teeth

Those crest strips work well

Get the most expensive whitening strips you don't mind paying for since they'll be less likely to hurt your teeth.
Brush your teeth lightly like you normally would then take a towel and dry off your teeth before applying them. Let em stay for 20 minutes, take em off, then lightly brush again. I only use one strip every few months tbh

Ask your dentist. They will sell you the peroxide gel stuff for a reasonable price. It works wayyyyy better than the crest strips.
