Teens who carjacked NOLA DA Given 16-25 years in prison

Now. How come all car jackers don't get this sentence? These were minors and i think it's deserved. But we know many get off. But these idiots jacked the DA.

Sentences handed down
Cousins Dijohn and Amajha Curtis, along with Santana Gilmore, admitted to the crimes earlier this year. Judge Buras sentenced each defendant to 16 years in prison at hard labor with no probation, parole or suspension of sentence.

20 years. So one of these guys got more time than the teens that Killed Linda Fickey.

Yeah but the DA was recused. The state Attorney general prosecuted. But good for this judge.

No, Honore got life.
Also, quinton Skipper got 26 years. The complete POS who did the Costco carjacking got 40+ in the federal pen. These sentences are about what would usually be handed out.

I think they were prosecuted by the state AG. They were always going to get a lengthy sentence.
Local judges and DAs are the problem.
