Grew up there. There have always been fights at the teenage populated bonfires.
I think it had a lot less to do with the fact that he was black and more to do with the fact that he went up to a large group of drunk teenagers whom he did not know and proceeded to ask "Do you want to fight?"

saw this EXACT scenerio back when i was in school. 2 dudes came to a bonfire. Started flirting with 2 other guys girls. The boyfriends didnt even confront them, one got a bottle to the head and the other got club punched. Then got beat all the way to their vehicle as they literally was crawling to get in. Was one of the worst arse beatings ive seen. But again, they asked for it.

I don't condone "5 white kids" fighting two kids that went looking for trouble, but I also don't think this is a big of a deal as it's being made out to be. It's laughable that a high school squabble has garnered this much media attention.

Ive been to parties and bonfires where I wasn't part of the majority. Someone tried to pick a fight and I knew his crew outnumbered mine. I declined his invitation and left. pride a little shaken but I had all my teeth and still got laid
