She didn't shoot the cab driver.

What charge would she get in the US? Aiding 2nd degree murder? Armed robbery? A teenager getting burned alive is way too much to pay.

Yall act tough but I bet none of you would be there throwing gas on the fire. Its a sick means of getting justice. Not surprisingly, it happened in one of the world's great shite holes.

Wrongly accused? Of fricking shooting a cab driver and being caught in the act and chased down right after? You do realize that this happened in the same moment right?

Even if that is true, what if the cab driver held a gun to them first?

Doesn't matter, she did it, she needs to be burned alive and beaten by a mob.

Even if you are an accessory to such a crime you don't deserve to die in such fashion. That's against basic human rights. fricking pieces of barbaric shite.

Yep. That's a little bit too close to Sharia for me. I prefer the Rule of Law. But once proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury, the death penalty should be applied swiftly and publicly. The public part should serve as a deterrent for future crime and also as a reality check on society. We should be very careful who we sentence to death and should not be shielded from the results of that pronouncement. It should always be a very serious matter.

Wow, you'd want your kids to see hanging bodies in the town square? Aren't we better than that, as a society? Jeez.

Involved in a felony robbery, she would get Murder charges, just like everyone else involved. If she didn't do it, she'd likely plea down and be a witness for the state.

if this happened in a muslim country, most of you would call the mob savages. the judicial system exists so we don't have to commit crimes to punish those who commit crimes.

It has already been tried and it didn't work. I think there's a Santayana quote somewhere that is applicable . . .

I would imagine if a video existed showing the cab driver being shot, it would be disturbing as well.

Are you seriously this obtuse? I ASSURE you that there are people JUST LIKE YOU, that have been wrongfully accused of crimes. Don't be dumb.
