Not really pretty . It's pretty hard science.

There's a ton of normative data. His responses would be compared against a large normative sample

Gotcha. We let the "experts" handle all this fun stuff.

The charges are at least 2 years old so chances are he was at most 17. So likely a JR in high school hooking up with a freshman. Meh.

The girl had lied to him, telling him she was 16, and she kept their budding relationship from her parents. When her mother found out about it, she contacted Herrera and his mother and told them that her daughter was only 14 and was not allowed to date, according to court records.

My guess is there is a great deal more to this story that shows he's just guilty of being a horny teen and the "facts" released for the media are to make him look in as bad a light as possible for public outrage=click-bait=online media revenue.

That's the whitest looking Syrian I have ever seen. Guessing he had a valid visa or Obama would have never let him in, right? Wonder if Kate's Law would have applied had Harry Reid let it pass?

I'm not clicking the link in the OP because you forgot to clarify this there.

Rape is a pretty broad term. Was this a violent, forced, against her will rape or just plain old romeo and Juliet statuary rape between two teenagers?

He was originally appointed by a Republican governor so you're most likely wrong. Congrats on being a partisan hack though. LINK

In this case it's because their daughter was having sex in high school.
