Watch these leeches try to get a payday out of this and destroy the sympathy this situation deserves.

Keep in mind the article says:
quote:

Investigators at the scene said they haven’t come across a witness that says the girl was hit by a car. The incident is still under investigation.

So it sounds like they might not actually know if she was hit by a car that fled or not.

Anyone who hit her at that speed would likely have some damage to their car?

[tin foil hat] What if she were already dead and pushed out of a car at 80mph to cover up her prior death?[/tin foil hat]

@houstonpolice say she was arguing with her mom Monday night on I-45 when she got out of the car onto the freeway. Then, she became the victim of a hit and run.

Yeah, the damage would be pretty substantial if she was hit.

i’m not trying to draw unfair conclusions but generally that statement comes from one ethnicity only when there is a death in the family.

Not to sound mean or callous but something was going to get her sooner or later if that is how she copes with stress and not getting her way.

Other driver, if not found, probably avoided being sued for “closure” by leaving the scene

What a POS.

I doubt it. It’s panic that causes this. Panic causes the driver to initially leave the scene. Something horrible happened and the instinct is to run. Then they know they have done something wrong by leaving, and fear and embarrassment take over. What you have, most of the time, is a frightened animal, not a POS.

You don’t feel sorry for a girl who is so distressed that she thinks a better option is jumping out of a moving car on the interstate?

The frick.

Correct.

You're assuming the situation warranted jumping out in the middle of the road, that's pathetic. She had an argument with her mom.

Hopefully she'll serve as an example to other dumb teens.

Huh?

Possibly 15? Did Mom not know how old her daughter was?

This seems strange
