Cantrell: City gov. buildings, k-12 schools and public transit will still require masks

Cantrell: I cannot stress enough, those who not been vaccinated need to be vaccinated. I'm not even seeing people in my office or taking appointments, giving them time, if they haven't been vaccinated

Cantrell: When I look at what's happening in other countries, I'll just pick India for example, and you have them burning bodies, it's real. I know for a fact that if they had access to a vaccine they would take it.
