Would it shock anyone at all if she really did have her husband poisoned? She is a big fat sociopath. She is living high on the hog on the tax payers dime while NOLA residents have to suffer her administration's gross incompetence and negligence. People like her are totally capable of murder. She thinks that this is a fricking game. I wish someone would take her out.

To add to this... Vappie once upon a time was a homicide detective (profiled on A&E's "The First 48" when it was shooting with the NOPD)
