Roundup for breakfast. Does General Mills make a cereal without glyphosate?
quote:
Cheerios contain detectable residues of glyphosate, the active ingredient in the herbicide Roundup, primarily because glyphosate is used as a drying agent on conventional oats before harvest.
Testing by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) has found levels significantly higher than its proposed safety benchmark for children but well within federal legal limits:
Highest Detected Levels: Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch tested at 833 ppb and Cheerios (Toasted Whole Grain) at 729 ppb, compared to the EWG’s recommended safety benchmark of 160 ppb.

Mofricker ive been buying resealable cereal bags for a decade at walmarks.
Maybe this is the first time they put the resealable bag inside a box just to claim this "breakthrough"

Pretty sure many generic brands in the past have had a generic version of a resealable bag.
I remember the bags ripping before the seal opened sometimes.

Neither, because I don't eat that shite. That's why I was complaining about it.
Are you slow?

That can't be right, I was buying cereal in resealable bags over 10 years ago.
This, I love the huge bags of cereal for this reason.

They have ziplock bags for socks and underwear! It's about damn time!

That is why you buy the overpriced small boxes of cereal. You open it once and eat the whole box.

Domino's been doing the plastic container for a hot minute.
It's annoying they don't do it for their dark brown sugar though.

Yeah I do buy the plastic container for sugar. I used to find the resealable rice bags but it’s been years since I last saw them.

Everything I have go in glass containers at this point. Just easier to manage at the end of the day.
