Throws ball or something at the teacher, teacher walks away and kid follows, called him a few racist things which I thought was funny considering, kid totally didn't think the teacher would swing

The biggest problem nowadays is that these kids know they are in control. They can say and do whatever they want because they know the teachers can’t touch them.

Teacher was screwed either way really.
A. Does nothing, kid gets slap on the wrist and is back in class in 2-3 days
B. Do nothing and have another student challenge him because they saw him do nothing
C. Retaliate and get fired

Sometimes kids, well specifically teenagers, need to be put in their place. It sucks, but this might end his teaching career.

Would be nice if the teacher then sued the kids family for him putting him into the situation. Especially funny if the guy wins more than the family got after their lawyers got their cut. Ha.
