If you're not gonna read posts or even try to comprehend, not sure why you'd bother posting.

I've legit said the complete opposite of what you just claimed probably 4-5 times, but I'm the retard. Interesting.

Embarassing.

No, you didn't.
You've been dancing around the point be cause you have no idea what you're talking about.

Go play in your sandbox and let the adults talk.

Doesn't matter how easy it was to access it for the kid's responsibility.

Obviously does for the teacher's responsibility.

Tada

Virtually every post I've made was in a discussion about the teacher's role in this.

The kid's role is a very easy one for me, it's wrong and he should face whatever punihsment comes about for distributing stuff like that that wasn't his to distribute.

You quite literally can't get your argument straight.

This is like arguing with a 6 year old.

Why are you even arguing this? The teacher had no responsiblity in this, IMO. The kid stole her private property. Accessed her private property. And distributed her private property. How easy it was to do this neither negates what he did nor makes this more her fault.

How the kid was able to access the info is obviously important in determining the teacher's role/responsibility in this,

If the kid had to commit theft then I would say you should drop this point.

Yep, that's exactly what I said. It's a huge difference for the TEACHER'S ROLE, which was the entire premise of that entire subsection of debate.

Go read all of the previous posts, it's very obvious what that discussion was in regards to.

Sorry you can't keep up and are now lashing out and namecalling.

I disagree IMO. Are you insinuating that no one who disagrees with you should argue this? I'm confused.

Agreed, not sure how many times I have to say that.

Holy shite, again with this?

So in a complete hypothetical, not this exact situation, if someone commits a theft but in doing so, uncovers something you're doing illegally, you'd say that's irrelevant and that point should be dropped and you get a free pass for breaking the law because someone was committing a theft?

That's your basic logic, and it makes no sense. We can debate all night about whether we THINK what she possessed was wrong or not to have at school, but if you're breaking a law/rule it doesn't really matter how that comes to light, if it comes to light, you still should be responsible for your law/rule breaking.

Read it again, where in that quote did I say it was about the kid, specifically? I didn't say it was about the teacher either, but it's easily implied given that was the entire argument for probably 3-5 pages now.

Resorting to namecalling, brilliant. And telling on your part.

Example above that post:

Let me ask you, if your vehicle is in a school parking lot that is a gun free zone and someone breaks into your car and steals that gun then turns it in to the principal, are you saying you shouldn't get into any trouble for breaking the rules based on a technicality becuase someone broke into your car?

Tada!!

Now, run along, troll.

No one is questioning if what she did was legal. However the school does have the right to ask her to resign or even fire her for having pornography on school property.

Actually, this is also not black and white.

Exchanging pictures with one's spouse is illegal?

There is no law. Unless the fact that there is no policy against this from the article implies that this rule did in fact exist it was just super duper top secret.

You are implying a law where one does not in fact exist. It is in fact illegal for her to give the student a picture but not illegal for her to have one. Is it good practice? No, but that does not make it illegal.
