Meh, she shouldn't have been fired for a topless shot sent to her boyfreind 3 years ago. At this point if you only hire women that haven't sent nudes, then we won't have any teachers left in 10 years.

Exactly. If they can't prove she sent it to someone or posted it where students could see it, why would she be fired?
Also, how the hell did the principle get this pic? I'm guessing someone must have posted it online and it was forwarded to him?
$3 mil is absurd, but I think she's definitely going to be paid.
