Is it blackmail to ask for a no contest divorce? I suppose it's very dependent on whether he threatens or whether he simply implies that she is in a weak bargaining position. Is my thinking correct? I like to think I'd just imply that she should go quietly but I'm sure I'd be too damn pissed to be 100% rational

Men are predatory because we'd nail a chick without knowing a thing about her. If a man commits the crime it's assumed that he is evil. We get held to a more stringent standard for some reason and that seems unfair to me.
Women commit the same crime but because they go through the whole courting process with the victim they aren't getting treated as harshly. It's funny how many teachers and mothers (with son's friends) are doing this. Seems that women who have access to underage kids commit the crime at about the same rate as men.
It's BS to let them slide, the law is clear. If the men get severe punishment then the women should as well.

I don't understand what goes through the minds of these crazy arse women. They get through college and have bright futures and flush everything down the toilet, over what? Some small time wang. I don't get it, I truly don't get it.

They rarely release the kids name, photo, or race but they are usually that school's premier dark meat.
These women are doing things they wouldn't have dreamed about when they were in high school. They are getting something their plain Caucasian husbands can't give them.

Recently, at my high school, an early 20-something teacher's assistant was arrested for fricking a 16-year-old. They had been doing it for months, and she just turned him in because she was pissed that he broke it off.

Different teacher but same type of story......anyone else heard that in the destrehan high case that the dudes girlfriend at the time called out the Dufresne teacher in the middle of class in front of all the students?
