You're probably right. I'm no expert.

While he was being detained in the back of a patrol car, Purdy dismantled a 9 mm handgun and threw pieces of it outside the car, according to the affidavit – officers believed he had the firearm hidden.

Solid police work here
You know the quality cops we're hiring these days when one of them puts a perp in the car with a hidden 9mm - that he's able to access, dismantle, and open the door to throw pieces of it out.

Definitely racist that he went up to a black guy and asked to be shot after the Colorado game

Tell me how? Liar.
And just to be clear, this is indisputable truth:

Let's talk about this for real. This murderer was let back out on the street by a Tarrant County Criminal Court Judge even though he had already been charged with an armed violent crime.
Even though he murdered a TCU student, another Tarrant County Criminal Court Judge has set bail for this murderer. If he posts a 10% bond, he can be back out on the street again to presumably shoot someone else. Obviously someone is voting for judges that are facilitating this one-person crime wave.
I'll give you a hint. Every criminal court judge in Tarrant County, Texas is affiliated with the exact same political party. Can you guess which party that is? Who actually voted for this?
I'll give you another tip. Here is a LINK to a listing of every elected official in Tarrant County, Texas. From this list you can find out the political affiliation of every judge and other elected official. From there you can find out exactly who voted to keep this killer on the street.
Go ahead, look at the truth. Republicans voted for this.
EDIT: And the Sheriff is a Republican.

So a guy that has already committed a violent robbery then shoots a student in cold blood for no reason that would be considered a hate crime if races were reversed gets a 500,000 bond?
What was Rittenhouses bail again? 2million and had to serve 3 months in a case that was clearly self defense. For a guy with no prior record? A teen still in school.
Clearly two different justice systems in the US….

Clearly we need more common sense, Democrat voter control. Why are you and your fellow Democrats so violent?

Purdy is on probation after last year pleading guilty to aggravated robbery, according to Tarrant County court records. He was not supposed to possess or buy a gun as part of the conditions of his probation.
Purdy pleaded guilty in September 2022 to robbery causing bodily injury in connection with a July 2021 incident and was placed on deferred adjudication with community supervision for eight years,
The court document also says Purdy tested positive for marijuana during his supervision after the robbery arrest.
According to court records, Purdy gave his address as the Presbyterian Night Shelter, indicating he likely had been experiencing homelessness.

You might be correct about party affiliation, but in certain counties in Texas Democrats run as Republicans. Some even take Soros money.
Also
Biden and LBJ

Also
quote:
The county has leaned Republican in United States Senate races since Democrat Lloyd Bentsen's 1988 victory, but in the 2018 election Democratic candidate Beto O'Rourke carried Tarrant, though losing statewide to incumbent Ted Cruz.
In 2020, Joe Biden carried the county with 49.3% (to Donald Trump's 49.1%) in the 2020 presidential election, the first win for a Democratic presidential ticket in Tarrant County since Texas native Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964
Biden and LBJ

Outstanding mental gymnastics right here to not have to blame the GOP and to fit your narrative or maybe as you are framing it "the real republicans".
quote:
You and the people who vote like you are just as responsible for this murder as the thug who pulled the trigger.
This is an outrageous take, this isn't how the law works obviously. How is being responsible for every crime committed by the subsets of the population you belong to sound?
quote:
Also
You think that by Biden winning with 49.3% of the vote makes it a democratic stronghold? It's a swing district, but evident by TBoy's post elects an all GOP criminal bench and sheriff.
Posted on 9/5/23 at 5:29 pm to TBoy
No one cares about what you copied and pasted from google. Anyone paying attention knows that it’s progressives implementing their “restorative justice” policies that are letting criminals out of jail without consequences. And no, I don’t care if there is a R or D behind their name. There are progressive republicans who vote or have leftist ideas just as shitty as some democrats

You and your comrades do this every time someone white kills someone black and if you can’t blame it on race, it’s all 2nd Amendment supporters and gun owners fault.
I know it hurts but the policies and system you support killed that poor kid. This is the bed you made, now go lie in it
