I respect her as well as a songwriter and performer (especially a businesswoman), but she’s not even proficient on guitar and that’s her main instrument. Serviceable on rhythm guitar, beginner level piano, and would struggle to keep up in a dingy bar open mic night holding a banjo or ukulele.

Her music isn’t for me but I gotta admire her work ethic. She certainly has more ambition and discipline than my fatass does. She’s one of the biggest popstars in history. Up there with Elvis, MJ and Madonna.
