Is Tarsha really dumb enough to think that a jury is going to be sympathetic to her she's crazier than I thought. Nobody in their right mind is going to give that woman money because she used her influence to put herself in some old ladies will. Give me a break.

I agree. If I knew I was called for jury duty for that case, I would be more than glad....I'd also make Tarsha be the one to pay (I'm no legal expert so I don't know if it works like that) and whatever the max I could make her pay too

Forget that it was assigned to her mom, what about the filing of this bogus case in itself?? She should lose this case and have to pay all count costs or better yet, be counter sued by that family she tried to swindle.
