I think you would be surprised what it feels like when a elite level grappler grabs a hold of you. She's an Olympic level Judo competitor. She would straight maul him in a grappling match. Even if he started training tomorrow, he could never close the gap.
Don't know if you have any high level grappling experience or not but a woman in her weight class will have no problem submitting a lessor experienced grappler of similar size, male or female. Even if you have wrestling experience and are able to stop a double or single leg, she's just going to pull guard, sweep, take your back, and choke you unconscious.
I have what I would consider to be fairly significant experience and still get caught from time to time when rolling with females and I'm not a small dude.

When compared to a man, she's no longer considered elite, unless you call high school boys competing at a professional level elite. Every woman world record holder in any sport has most likely been beaten by a high school kid in Louisiana.

I would put money that they could start the fight with Tank in a headlock and he would still literally kill her withing 15 seconds.
