Besides, I've read like 500 times that there is a $ trillion worth of natural resources(supposedly why we really went there) in the shithole country. They should be able to just sell off the resources and buy anything they want.

But Biden didn't actually follow this.
Trump's plan called for civilians first, military last and that means not abandoning Bagram until the last American is out.
And Trump did not want pull out in the middle of fighting season, Biden did just that and it lead to unbelievable chaos.
Biden didn't want to use Trump's plan and look what it got him, an approval rating that's in the shitter and a perception of incompetence that's impossible to fix.
