It is fine. Former TSA agent told me they don’t care, just don’t make it obvious and a ridiculous amount. Otherwise they don’t care.

Is there a law against going through TSA with edibles in a state where edibles are legal?

Man...you better check that shite. Seriously, flying with it in carry-on is a huge risk. I have flown back from Denver and Vegas with 1-2 ozs of flower in my checked luggage with zero problem and I did witness a dog nag a guys backpack at security in Phoenix. With checked baggage they are more worried about bombs and weapons. My advice, keep it at reasonable personal usage amounts and you will be fine with checking it...try to take on board through the terminal and you could wind up with federal felony charges.

Yes, I believe it's because technically you're under federal jurisdiction once you get to TSA.

A small bottle of gummys or handful of vape carts is no issue, even coming in thru customs. Say its CBD if by some small chance questioned.
