Its Tex-Mex fast food.
Everything is some mixture of rice, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and meat in some kind of tortilla.
Not exactly much creativity to be had.
Doesn't make it not good.

If you eat one thing from Taco Bell and have to violently shite your pants, you probably had a major medical issue before your visit to Taco Bell. Go get that checked out ASAP.
