YOu're forgetting the ultimate T-Top car ever made.

Not a T but don't forget the targa top.

A friend had a Camaro Rally Sport with them. He changed the gaskets and did all he could, but they leaked like a sieve. The back floorboards would fill with water every time it rained.

When I was shopping for a Nissan 240SX, I insisted no moon roof. I was concerned all such openings would leak. The salesman was like, "What if we did not charge you for it?" Nope.

Porsche 914

One of my most favorite cars. Changed out the jugs to larger and upgraded the CAM. She would pin your head to the headrest, corner on 3 wheels, what a great car

Still have it today and yes, they do tend to leak.

I had a black 1999 T top Camero from 2001-2007. Some arsehole rear-ended me on I-12 the month after I paid it off. He was going 40 mph and I was at a dead stop; I was pushed into the car in front of me, so my car was totaled.

I loved that car. It was a cool college car.

Dielectric grease is your friend.

Had T's and loved them, but targas are king (now).

Badass Vette, BTW.

That sucks, but even if they tried to fix it, it would have never been the same. Best that you weren't seriously hurt and that is the best way to move on from it. Hope the arsehole's insurance was fair to you.

Thanks. You are right, you have to keep the rubber seals soft or they will dry out and you know what happens next. They are a pain to replace too.

I had three of those. A 89, a 91, and a 93. Nary the first leak from the sunroofs, ever.

You right. Miraculously I was not seriously injured. The driver was pretty bad off though. Nasty facial injuries and broken arm.

His insurance did pay fairly.

That is good to hear and even though it sounds bad for him, it could have been a lot worse.
Cars can always be replaced.

My brother had that grand Prix. I think it was maroon. Hit a deer and totaled it. Deer got away too
