If it was fired by anybody near the camera, that's about the only weapon I can think of. That explosion was out of nowhere, most likely from above.

I've seen a kill marking on the nose of a gulf war I A-10 of a guy on a motorbike mixed in with kill marks of tanks,apc`s and artillery pieces. Now that's inefficient.

TOWs don't strike from above like a javelin. That said, I'd imagine this was a TOW.
