They have really screwed up the marginal slight enhanced severe risk this year in south Louisiana.
Today wasn’t even in slight category

It's been like that for weeks. I know it's not precise science but there have been some really big busts

Yeah, the tornados today were extremely hard to call in advance. It's small scale stuff within the cluster of storms that are putting down these quick spin ups.

Yeah, this was tough to get right today. You have a decent idea what was missed to have these tornados spin up, but you also know you really weren't going to see it in advance.

Kind of day that's worth making a note of for sneaky tornado risk.

That was a quirky little cell. Decent CAPE and low LCLs but no other red flags, so probably very localized mesoscale SRH max in that area.

Im in Youngsville and just got the Tornado Warning take shelter now alert. Which cell are they talking about? Radar is one red blob.
