Suspect to police: I'll have sex with your daughters

A Monroe man is facing multiple charges after threatening to have sex with the arresting officer's daughters.
According to an arrest report filed Friday, Derrick Hubbard, 39, Lock Drive, was at the Monroe Transit parking lot after being asked to leave by an employee.
Hubbard reportedly caused a disturbance while led to the transit company calling the Monroe Police Department.
When police arrived, Hubbard was told to place his hands on the roof of the vehicle to be patted down for weapons. According to the affidavit, he refused repeated orders to do so.
After being placed under arrest, the suspect reportedly attempted to pull his arms free and keep his wrists from being handcuffed.
Per the report, Hubbard had a strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath. There was a half-empty 32-ounce beer still in the vehicle.
As Hubbard was in transit to Ouachita Correctional Center, he threatened, according to the report, the arresting officer by stating, "I'll get you back by f****** one of your white daughters."
The officer said he took the comment as a serious threat.

Don't worry. The cops there are still adjusting to the interpretation of the law by their long term DA.
They were confused briefly on the amount of air conditioning Mr Hubbard had access to when growing up.

Cop should have shot his arse at this point. Cop showed restraint.
