There seems to be an epidemic of people attacking extremely young children.
In Dallas a suspect is in custody for murdering a 4 year old. In Nebraska a father murdered his 3 and 5 year old daughters. In Savannah a Special Victims Unit detective was arrested by the GBI for assaulting a 2 year old child who was left with a puncture wound. The 2 year old child survived.
