Sure would be nice to have a doctor as governor about right now.

And what would you expect to be different? A majority of doctors are pushing for even more shutdown and isolation

If he was a doctor would he go around and treat everyone?

Prior to being Governor, ours was the CEO of Partners Healthcare for ten years. He's been doing a pretty solid job throughout all of this.

Or a business owner that knows what it’s like to employ thousands of hardworking people.

Not necessarily.

My wife is a doctor and they almost have a burden of too much knowledge. She wants everything shut down no matter the cost for a month.

That’s just not realistic for small business owners, hourly employees or people
Who live paycheck to paycheck.

She’s solely focused on health and potential disasters which is great but she’s willing to complete sacrifice our economy where as I am not.

Dr. Rand Paul apparently went to work for days with the virus, so there's that.

So we should constantly elect doctors as governors to prep for a pandemic that comes around every 20 years? I mean, screw the economy right

Why can't the governor just get the advice of doctors anyway?

I have a lot of complaints about JBE but his handling of this isn’t one of them.

Abrams would’ve been a fricktarded disaster.

So she knows what she’s talking about and you’re an idiot, got it.

Vitter and Rispone voter checking in as extremely satisfied with JBE with his handling of this crisis.

Everyone is just waiting for someone else to do something and then following. JBE should’ve cancelled Mardi Gras. There’s a reason the first case was 2 weeks after Mardi gras and New Orleans has so many cases.

So she’s reaching her conclusions based on scientific fact and you’re basing yours on “but it’ll suck”.

Your wife deserves better than you.

Kemp needs to get out of the fricking capital and acquaint himself with his surroundings. Right now he will lose in a landslide in the next election unless Elmer Fudd is running against him. His most staunch supporters are turning on him. His idea of a shutdown and mine aren’t the same.
