That's awesome. I think Mississippi will be one of the first states to get on board.

I'm pretty sure the federal government says it's illegal.

You have NO idea how much I can't wait to spend an afternoon at the race track watching college football all day and making a gamble and going outside every 15 minutes to watch a horse race.

Yep. Our wonderful legislature in the middle of trying to address a fake "fiscal cliff" shot down allowing sports books in casinos.
How allsome would a sports book at L'Auberge be? Biloxi all of the sudden looks like a ton more fun for a weekend trip during football season when they inevitably open a few books.

Connecticut, Iowa, Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia
All of these states either already have enacted state laws to allow sports betting if permitted by the Supreme Court or have fast-tracked legislation, with hearings already having taken place and, in some cases, advanced beyond the committee stage.
No legalization activity ... yet
Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., Washington State, Wisconsin and Wyoming

Even if they did, the state would still have to legalize it for you to truly legally use it. You're just a lot less likely to get in trouble for it if the state legalized it, since the feds don't have anyone messing with petty level issues in each state.
