Sounds like you're already swole then mate. I know you Russians can have trouble tanning, but get that base tan down and you'll be turning heads. Just introduce yourself as Eric Bana

Fitness/Physique is weird. I'll see guys in the gym that look jacked. They have the arms, the chest, the abs. I don't think I look as good as they do, but I'm stronger, more flexible, have better core strength, etc.

Bro you remind me just like my little bro. He too lives in MS but on the coast coincidentally
But he had a complex from way back when he was more husky and played football. Now he is strong and fit as an ox. Runs 10ks on his lunch break often at work. Kills at his crossfit competitions. Deadlifts and stuff at his weight is pretty impressive.
But he still looks in the mirror and at others and is never happy. He thinks me, who doesn't work out at ALL looks better than him. He is about maybe an inch shorter and maybe 5-8lbs heavier but he is solid af and has massive legs when I have bird legs.

Yes, that's Thiago Alves. Dude has crazy genetics.
He definitely put back weight singe the weigh-in, but not 30 pounds. Let's not get crazy.
Here's a shot of him at a weigh in, weighing in at 162.6 lbs. He was trying to fight at 155 but couldn't get that low.
