He definitely put back weight singe the weigh-in, but not 30 pounds. Let's not get crazy.

MMA fighters routinely put on 20-30 lbs after weigh in after rehydration and loading up on carbs.

I'm aware. But that varies by size. Dudes who cut to 205 and 185 might be putting back 20/25 pounds. A guy at 170 probably isn't. It's hard to say.

Maybe Alves fights at 5'9" 200 lbs. But it's doesn't look like it. He looks about 5'9 180-185" in that first pic.

It doesn't really matter. My point was that weight is meaningless with out a bf% attached to it. The pic of him at 162 lbs is not one of a string bean.

Not routinely because that would be an insane weight cut. 30 lbs is a shite ton of weight to put back on after a weigh in for a fight the next day.

I guess man. Y'all have seen plenty of my pics so I figure y'all have a good read on me being 'scrawny'

Of course I feel I could probably gain some weight and it wouldn't hurt, but I also think I have low body fat so that is why my weight isn't high.

But to each his own

Agreed. I said 20-30 lbs because when McGregor was fighting at 145 I heard them say he was 170 by fight time.

Eta: I said routinely previously because I've heard similar stories about other fighters. McGregor was the first that came to mind and is most popular now.

Hence why I have the signature pic I have

All these users hating on me for being skinny and such. If you saw me without my shirt off you probably wouldn't say I am skinny.

I am not skinny, its more like, you are fat and in denial. I have let my opinions be known about skinny fats around here

Or some people are built differently than you. I've said it before, but if I were 0% bf, I'd still weigh 146. I don't work out at all, and I'm 5'11

My dad is 6'1 and looks normal at 210. I think he'd have to be dying to get to 165

I think I'll start counting calories. How much is a hot and ready lunch special with a mug root beer? I just ate that and need to mark it down

Eta: Just under 2000. That was my warm-up for tonight
