WTF warranted that? So anytime a celebrity draws a crowd we get to pepper spray the celebrity? I mean, if it was Justin Beiber or Michael Moore...but Baby Boosie? Ima call Gravy.

I threw a skimpy dime of weed back at Boosie and told him " frick that" before I drove off. Circa 1999, on West Garfield St. A lot of college kids used to go pick up little sacks of weed there.

So glad I didn't use that free room offer from the Hard Rock.

They had a story on our local news about the massive amounts of trash left on the beach this past weekend. It was ridiculous.

In all seriousness this is the kind of heavy handed tactics that creates distrust with the police department and the black community.

To be fair, a lot more trash left the beach.

Junior galette got arrested.

ETA: not for this incident, but rather for fighting then fleeing.

Seems pretty fricked up.

He was just trying to do some shopping.

Not his fault a bunch of people followed him into the store.

Cool how they named it Biloxi Black Beach weekend. We could change the name of the bayou fest to Wild White Weekend. I'm sure that would go over just fine with Gravy, et al.

“It’s really upsetting, because they never used to come on this street,” Grantham said through tears. “They never used to go on that street back there, and they’re upsetting the whole neighborhood, and I want some protection, because I can’t go through this every year. I’m not going through it every year anymore.”

Her home on Pine Grove Ave. is just yards away from one of the biggest gatherings for spring breakers in Biloxi. When she checked on her home Saturday, people were barbecuing in her front yard.

“My husband didn’t want to cause a problem with the people,” Grantham said. “He figured if we were to call the cops, it would make everybody mad, and they would really tear up our house, because it’s under renovation right now. We just left, crying and upset.”

Um, every year for the past decade or so.

First one was so bad. They were going into the mall and defecating in the changing rooms.

Nothing but gangs.

Really wish Louisiana and Texas folks would follow black spring breakers lead and party/vacation at the Biloxi beaches. Stay out of Alabama and enjoy the MS Gulf Coast
