If I would buy a boat just to ride in, I'd buy a 28ft Chaparral SSX (bowrider). They are less expensive compared to these boats and way more functional.

My old roommate was out there in his boat. IIRC, he paid right around $85k and put like $10k in for paint, $5k for a new system, and $20k in for motors

You didn't get any pics of him though

I've never understood why people in Louisiana are so infatuated with off shore racing boats just to use them to cruise through continuous no wake zones up the river.

Um....he's got two fast cars in addition to all of his work trucks. Maybe some people like going fast.

They open them up on the lake (or the river late at night ). That's the whole point of a poker run
