Louisiana and Mississippi had the highest heat indices in the nation yesterday.

Think about that. Phoenix lost to south east Louisiana.

I hate the Southeast in the summertime.

I want to move to the Northwest but my wife says she couldn't stand the cold. I asked her last night, "Wouldn't you rather move to a place where you can actually enjoy the summertime?"

I'm in Dallas. Going to put an egg and bacon on the sidewalk this afternoon out of curiosity.

I got a heat warning at 10 PM last night. The humidity alone will kill you.

If we had a governor who would actual do something about it, we might be in fall by now. But Bobby seems more concerned about second rate debates than the weather in his own state where he was elected.

July and August are the worst months of the year. Luckily we are more than half way done with them now.

October needs to get here soon

The trick is mint juleps and an outdoor shower.

I don't mind the heat or the cold.

I will say, 20 in the gulf south is a HELLUVA LOT colder than 0 in the rockies. Bring on the snow though.

The trick is finding somebody fun to come rub soap on me.

I'll just take September at this point. I stopped and picked up some firewood yesterday afternoon in the rain. It won't even be thought of to split until it's in the 60s
