Had it last 2 weeks; stuffy nose, dry cough, mild night sweats, stomach upset, very fatigued. A lot like case of allergies. Not fun but I’ve had worse colds. Very first time I ever had a home test positive case of covid since 2020. First timer. BTW, am better now. Do I get a prize?

There’s more than you think out there. I travel a good bit for work, and I see more and more of them out there. We’ve lost a good portion of our country, they ain’t coming back either.

Its been primarily known for 4 years, the folks Covid affects the most are fat or smokers.

If you are still fat and still smoke, 4 years later, then sucks to suck

Just a little dense.

What I’m saying is I travel to different areas of the country for work. I see people all over. There are more and more people masked up, afraid for their lives. Covid broke people’s minds the first time around. Despite all of the information that has come out since, clearly showing that everything the government imposed didn’t work at all. People are still eager to give up their freedoms and also perform pointless practices. Those people aren’t ever going to go back to pre-Covid behaviors.

For the love of God, stop testing. I’ll never know if I have it because I’ll never test again.

If you have all the symptoms, it’s spreading like wildfire herpes, plus homo ad lawyers are breaking out the red flannel pajamas, black rim glasses, and matching cocoa mugs to beat off from home so they stay safe, ya probably got it.

I’ve had it a handful of times. Never tested for it. My cue is taste. If I can’t taste shite, but don’t feel deathly ill, boom….rona.

but it's no because of UV and D. It's because winter is when people cluster inside together much more often.

None of this is correct.

Again, respiratory viruses typically propagate during the winter: lower amounts of sunlight lead to lower vitamin D production and lower UV radiation exposure. My question is simple: is it the vaccinated contracting the virus now or the unvaccinated. It’s concerning because I believe it’s the vaccinated getting the virus.

It is a fricken cold variant. We have dealt with viruses since the dawn of humanity.

Those that are strong should survive, those that are weak and immunocompromised may die.

Survival of the fittest.

We literally burned all of our masks in our fire pit last winter. I complied with the masks last time at work. I won’t do it this time with what we know now. And don’t tell me it’s to save the most vulnerable. Their health is not my responsibility.

Anthony Fauci should be doing life in prison at a minimum.

What they perpetrated on the American people lying about life saving treatment options, suppression of real COVID data and keeping people locked down to die in their homes is the greatest crime in US history

No thank you.

I got Covid two weeks ago. It sucked for a day or two but I was back to 100% within a week.

It is a minor cold now. When you have a cold you go about your day and life as normal.

When you have a cold you use it as an excuse to not do things you don’t want to do while still doing all the things you want or have to do.

Therefore, our immune system quickly stops antibody production soon after the viral infection resolves. As a result, we don't have long-lasting immunity to a cold, the flu, or COVID-19.

Because our immune system doesn't continually produce antibodies for covid or colds, doesn't mean that it has forgotten how to make them. Our B-cells remember and at the first sign of renewed threat, cranks out new antibodies.

That's the way it works.

quote:

In immunology, a memory B cell (MBC) is a type of B lymphocyte that forms part of the adaptive immune system. These cells develop within germinal centers of the secondary lymphoid organs. Memory B cells circulate in the blood stream in a quiescent state, sometimes for decades.[1] Their function is to memorize the characteristics of the antigen that activated their parent B cell during initial infection such that if the memory B cell later encounters the same antigen, it triggers an accelerated and robust secondary immune response.[2][3] Memory B cells have B cell receptors (BCRs) on their cell membrane, identical to the one on their parent cell, that allow them to recognize antigen and mount a specific antibody response.[4]
