At least 75-80% of the women are fat, many of which are ok enough to have sex with a time or two, but not good enough to date long term.
Thus, guys go after these women primarly just to screw.
However, the fat ones complain that all guys want are hook ups and they "aren't about that".
Am I wrong?

Not if you live in a major city. Lots of attractive people in big cities use online dating. Many may not be from the area and/or busy with their careers and don't want to waste time going to bars looking for someone.
ETA: Also...you get what you pay for. So the free sites are gonna be full of fail usually.

It's gotten much better than 2 years ago. There are good lookin professional women on it now in the BR area. Not a ton but more than 3 or 4. Just sift through the fatties and welfare mama's to find women like Nurse mentioned. If you're looking for 22 yr old kid-less chicks then Tinder is legit. But a divorced, fit, stable RN/school teacher with 2 kids is more what I'm talking about on POF.
