Never wear black belt with brown shoes or vice versa.

Then you should go brown shoes and belt.

I personally like a light brown belt and shoes with a navy blue suit.

I don't know why you would wear a black tie with a blue suit.

Brown shoes, Brown belt, not black tie.


Black shoes/belt/tie is also acceptable, but I think most or many preferable the brown combo with a navy suit.

Pick a different tie.
