Suggestions to troll whiny neighbor

Long story short, a neighbor left a recording on my doorbell camera saying my dog was barking at 11:30 at night and it woke him up, and he can’t have that because he has to wake up early. My dog was not outside after 9:00 last night, and certainly didn’t bark.
I have no idea who this neighbor is, but he told be to stop by his house (didn’t leave an address or his name), or give him a call. He left me his phone number, but I’m not calling him and giving him my number.
I’m pretty sure this is the same guy the people who I bought the house from 3 years ago warned me about for complaining about any little noise they made.
What are some ways to troll him via phone (besides posting his number here)? I’m hoping to sign him up for random shite that he will get texts/calls about.
TIA

Why don't you just call the guy and tell him it wasn't your dog barking and if he wants to discuss it in person you would be glad to talk. Just cut to the chase without all of the passive-aggressive BS.

Why don't you just grow up and call him?

He may have the wrong house. But if there are no other houses with dogs around you, then I doubt he's making it up.

I know someone who trolled his neighbor, one day the police knocked on his door and said they had his neighbor in custody because he was going to kill his wife then his idiot neighbor.

No mind games necessary...just call him and let him know that your dog won’t be outside after 9 PM in the future. Not necessary to argue over what has or has not happened in the past.
And....be damn sure your dog is not out barking at 11:30 in the future....

Register his # for some free health insurance quotes, auto loans, a place for mom, and extended auto warranties.
He’ll get telemarketer calls every 10 mins for the next 5 years.

Request insurance quotes on his behalf and use his phone number. He’ll get 100 calls over the next week from insurance agents.

That would probably do it.
