You OD? Oh well no Narcan for you.

Survival of the fittest and all that

There's a lot of people who feel this way.

Across the nation, overdose and iv drug use has continued to erupt. The cost to treat some of these issues (such as bacteremia or endocarditis) can range from 2-6 weeks in a hospital or ltach. Bills that don't get paid.

State hospitals like umc end up taking care of them while a for profit like the big O don't as often.

Gotta take care of them, but we need to do more or better for the afterwards.

I watched the movie Sid & Nancy when I was 17 and it made me never want to touch heroin.

But I did like the Booger Sugar...

You're right. Stick four fentanyl patches on their backs and be done with it.

I have taken one narcotic drug in my life. For a few days. Demerol is awesome... And that's why I threw the script away.

Is this a lot? I don't know, but that looks like 5 to 40 years for trafficking to me.

That's how you feel, but then again those physicians that do take care of them took an oath to be unbiased.

A murderer gets shot, we all say let him die. But realistically it's their job to save their life.

It's a huge issue that affects anyone. I have known 3 people from my catholic elementary school class who have OD'd. They were all from good families and had good careers too. The issue is the US needs to treat addiction with the same concerned effort as something like diabetes or hypertension

Pretty dumb to put his tattoos in that. I don’t know much about law but it seems like a good way to get a search warrant on a repeat offender (just a guess)

Am I a bad person if I don't give a shite about the opioid crisis killing people?

That shite is just sad not funny. Heroin is no joke.

If it were memes about weed or cocaine it would be more funny because they’re just fun drugs, but heroin fricks some people up

Hell I thought he was bragging about his turd or something when I was looking at it.

I thought heroin was white powder similar to coke. I’ve never seen some shite like that, looks gross

On the East coast it tends to be a powder, but in the West black tar from Mexico is more common. In areas were both are found, some people actually prefer the tar because it has monoacetyl morphine as an impurity that does something they apparently like.
