re: Stupidest tradition in sports: Baseball coaches wearing a uniform in the dugout.

My favorite tradition is NASCAR officials fixing the races - it's why vegas barely touches them for gambling but will throw the books open for the XFL.

Also, Wtf is this shite in baseball? Why not just hold up the pointer finger and middle finger like a normal person?

Obviously "dummy," but why not be a normal person and hold up your pointer finger and middle finger?

It's because in baseball, the coaches are allowed to enter the field of play while the game is live.
This isn’t unique to baseball though.

They have to wear the team uniform
It should be clear to the officials which coach is with which team, as they emerge from different dugouts or opposite sidelines. So the team uniform requirement is unnecessary.

You never played baseball huh?

Almost 3 to 1 downvotes to upvotes...but don’t feel bad, whitey. In the big leagues, a .250 average could keep you on a roster for years.

Other than the uniform, you sound like a moron.

I like the suits. Dan Reeves always looked sharp on the sidelines.
As for I'll fitting, just a matter of getting it cut or altered right.

I agree. This is how it should be done.

Because that’s not how you indicate “two down!” in baseball? It’s easier for everyone on the field to discern, even the outfielders?

Yeah, you aren’t really a sports guy and should prolly just stick to the OT. I bet you get killed on the rant.

The worst part about this is you really think this is an original thought. Like you are the first person to say this is weird. Yea, it is a little weird, but it’s just a tradition. No reason to get this wound up about it.

I guarantee that I could knowledgeably hold a convo about any sport with you. I just do not understand some dumb traditions in baseball. I played when I was younger, and there was a reason I stopped playing.
With that said, I do enjoy watching college baseball. MLB is just so slow in my opinion that I can't do it. If they found a way to speed it up, I'm sure that I would enjoy it.
